On October 22, 2025, an engaging and meaningful debate on the topic “Feminism and Democracy” was organized at the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage with the participation of a group of 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-year students. During the event, our students freely expressed their opinions and views on the topic.
Throughout the discussion, participants exchanged ideas on issues that are highly relevant in today’s era of globalization — such as gender equality, the protection of human rights, and ensuring justice and equal opportunities in society. During the debates, students demonstrated deep analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and improved their public speaking skills.
Such events play an important role in developing young people’s abilities to think independently, analyze critically, and confidently defend their own viewpoints with reasoned arguments.
