Today, on October 16, the first event of the “Psychologist’s Lounge” club, organized by the psychologist of the ’’Silk Road’’ International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, D. Turdiyeva, took place. During the meeting, the psychological technique “Dream Map” — which helps accelerate the realization of dreams — was practiced.
In a positive and uplifting atmosphere, participants of the motivational training created their own maps of dreams and goals. In turn, D. Turdiyeva spoke about ways to achieve dreams and how to set goals correctly, sharing great motivation and inspiration with everyone.
