Today, on October 23, an educational event titled “The Wisdom of My Grandmother” was organized for female students by the University Women’s Advisory Council in cooperation with the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment, the university psychologist, and tutors.
There is a wise saying among our people: “A house with an elder has an angel.” Indeed, in families where grandmothers are present, the process of educating the young generation — especially girls — in life lessons, family values, and the spirit of kindness becomes even more effective.
During the event, speakers highlighted that grandmothers’ life experience, patience, and wisdom are an invaluable school for young people. It was also emphasized that female students should stay close to their grandmothers, listen to their advice, and make use of these experiences in finding their place in life.
This educational meeting further strengthened in female students a sense of respect for national values, compassion, and the spirit of preserving family traditions.
