Today, on October 14, within the framework of the nationwide campaign “Fire Safety Awareness Month”, the ''Silk Road'' International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage held a preventive educational event on the topic “Improving the knowledge and skills of students and teachers on proper actions during fires and other emergency situations in educational institutions.”
The event was attended by representatives of the Samarkand City Department of Emergency Situations, as well as university staff and students. During the session, experts provided essential recommendations on how to respond promptly and effectively in unexpected situations.
At the end of the event, the employees of the Samarkand City Department of Emergency Situations conducted a special tactical training demonstration for the university staff and students, and distributed informational materials related to the topic.
