The events dedicated to March 8 – International Women’s Day, which began in the morning at our university, continued in the university’s activity hall. Professors, staff members, and female students participated in the celebration.
The event was opened by the university rector Mukhsinjon Xolmuxamedov, who sincerely congratulated all professors and female students. In his speech, the rector referred to the tasks outlined during the President’s meeting with young people at the Koksaroy residence. He particularly emphasized that graduates of our university should become not only highly qualified specialists but also competitive professionals who know several foreign languages.
During the celebration, certificates of appreciation were awarded to a group of professors, technical staff who showed active participation in scientific and organizational work during the academic year, as well as to winners of state scholarships and female students who became winners of various competitions.
In the artistic part of the event, tutors and students performed songs and musical pieces prepared especially for the celebration, sharing a festive atmosphere with everyone.
