Comprehensive measures aimed at strengthening the system of selecting, training, and educating young personnel are being consistently implemented at the university in order to identify talented and proactive youth among students and shape them into qualified specialists in the future. In this process, increasing the professional potential of young people, directing them toward active participation in state and public life, and forming high moral and ethical qualities in them have been identified as priority tasks.
In this direction, targeted seminars, roundtable discussions, and practical training sessions are regularly organized at the university, with special attention given to enhancing the legal culture of young people and deepening their understanding of responsibility in public service, as well as the principles of integrity and loyalty. Through these activities, participants develop solid knowledge and skills related to public administration, service ethics, current issues of combating corruption, and personal responsibility.
At the same time, efforts have been systematically established to improve the educational process through the effective use of modern information and communication technologies. In particular, students are being engaged in learning through specialized programs on the electronic platform “Anti-Corruption Virtual Academy.” This platform expands opportunities for distance learning, allowing participants to study at a convenient time, take tests, and assess their level of knowledge.
As a result of these measures, positive outcomes are being achieved in forming a reserve of young personnel at the university, ensuring their professional and personal development, and preparing specialists with a high level of legal culture and an uncompromising attitude toward corruption. It is observed that students’ interest in public service is increasing, along with the strengthening of their social activity and civic position.
In the future, it is planned to further develop activities in this direction, improve the system of training young personnel based on modern requirements, widely introduce innovative forms of education, and develop new mechanisms based on the study of international experience. Through this, it is intended to elevate the system of training highly qualified, honest, and responsible personnel at the university to a new level.
