On December 16, 2026, within the framework of the course “Air Traffic Management”, students of the LOG-124 group paid a practical visit to Samarkand International Airport. The visit was supervised by the course instructor, Mohammad Shahparan.
During the visit, students became familiar with the airport’s operational system, the processes of servicing domestic and international flights, as well as its modern infrastructure. Special attention was given to passenger services, security assurance, and traffic flow management. In addition, measures aimed at enhancing cooperation and efficiency among various airport departments were observed.
This practical visit provided students with an opportunity to strengthen their theoretical knowledge through real-world experience.
