Today, on December 9, a meaningful psychological training session was conducted for first-year students of Group 125, majoring in “Theory and Practice of Translation (Chinese Language)” at the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage. The session was organized by university psychologist D. Turdiyeva in cooperation with tutors G. Mirzaqobilova and S. Abbasova.
During the training, the psychological technique “Me…” was applied in practice, which helps students develop self-awareness, self-acceptance, and the ability to reveal their strengths. This method, aimed at enhancing self-presentation skills, supports students in building self-confidence and unlocking their hidden potential.
The training provided the students with strong motivation and left them in high spirits.
