On December 17, 2025, within the framework of the I Student Forum at the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, the third day of the scientific-practical conference was dedicated to the topic “Silk Road Culture (ethnogenesis and tangible and intangible cultural heritage) and ecology (ecotourism): exploring the interconnection between nature and traditions.”
The conference brought together young researchers, master’s students, and undergraduate students interested in conducting scientific research. During the event, key issues such as the development of tourism in Silk Road destinations, the introduction of innovative approaches, the application of digital technologies, and the implementation of the “smart tourism” concept were widely discussed.
Within this thematic area, a total of 20 scientific articles were accepted from both master’s and bachelor’s degree programs. Most of the submitted papers stood out for their modern scientific approaches, innovative ideas, and practical recommendations.
During the evaluation process, experts paid particular attention to the relevance, scientific novelty, practical significance, and overall quality of the articles. At the conclusion of the conference, active participants were awarded valuable gifts and certificates by the Department of History and Cultural Heritage.
