For the past three years, Tongqian Zou, Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Innovation of the ''Silk Road'' International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, has worked diligently at our university, contributing significantly to improving the educational process, increasing the effectiveness of scientific research, and expanding international cooperation.
Tony Zou has actively attracted leading scientists and specialists from China in fields such as ecology, hydrometeorology, tourism, and other areas to Uzbekistan, playing an important role in the development of mutual scientific relations.
In recognition of his devoted services and efforts to strengthen Uzbekistan–China scientific cooperation, he has been appointed as a public foreign consultant by the Minister of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
