On April 30, the “Ento Festival” was held in the “Oq bo‘yro” recreation area of Samarkand district, organized in cooperation with the regional administration, the Tourism Department, and the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
The festival featured various national games reflecting the traditions and customs of our people, examples of folk oral creativity, as well as performances by folklore and ethnographic groups. The spring atmosphere and the lush green mountain surroundings created a special spirit for every participant.
University students actively took part in the event. Local and international youth showcased their cultural values in national costumes. Participants also had the opportunity to experience paragliding and take part in various sports activities. Lively music and songs contributed to the high-spirited atmosphere of the festival.
