The International Workshop for Cultural Heritage Protection 2025, titled “Inventory and Data Management of Archaeological Artifacts and Museum Collections,” was held from 20 to 24 October 2025 at the Ya. Gulomov Archaeological Institute in Samarkand.
MA students of the Archaeology of the university participated in this workshop-training. During the event, participants gained valuable knowledge and practical skills related to the documentation, cataloguing, and digital management of archaeological artifacts and museum collections. The workshop also provided an opportunity for students to exchange experiences with experts and researchers from various institutions involved in cultural heritage preservation.
At the end of the workshop, all participants were awarded certificates of participation.
