The HoReCa department organized another free practical workshop on pastry and dessert making at the Tourism Academy laboratory. The event was held in collaboration with the well-known confectionery café “Chocolate” in Samarkand.
During the masterclass, students got acquainted with the secrets of preparing modern confectionery products, learned from experienced professionals, and had the opportunity to test their skills in practice. Participating female students tried to delve deeper into aspects such as the intricacies of confectionery, ingredient balance, and understanding customer preferences.
The main goal of the event was to enhance students’ practical culinary (confectionery) skills, develop essential service culture competencies, and prepare them for successful careers in the HoReCa sector. Such masterclasses play a significant role not only in strengthening professional training but also in helping students realize their interests and creative potential.
At the end of the event, participants were awarded certificates.
