At the initiative of Joseph Hoffmann, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the ''Silk Road'' International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, Professor Mahmoud Jaafari-Dehaghi, Head of the Department of Ancient Iranian Languages and Culture at the University of Tehran, delivered a special lecture for the university's students.
During the lecture, Professor Jaafari-Dehaghi highlighted the history of intercultural dialogue between Iran and Uzbekistan. He focused on modern academic approaches in the field of cultural heritage, ongoing research at the University of Tehran, and the prospects for the development of scientific and cultural cooperation between Uzbekistan and Iran.
Students had the opportunity to ask questions of interest and engage in open dialogue with the professor.
At the end of the event, an agreement was reached to expand future cooperation between the ''Silk Road'' International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage and the University of Tehran.
