From November 1 to 16, the seminar was organized by the Central Academy of Culture and Tourism Administration of the People’s Republic of China. During the first week, participants became closely acquainted with local approaches and practical processes related to tourism and the preservation of cultural heritage at Jilin Tourism and Hospitality University. In the second week of the visit, they actively took part in the classes held at the Central Academy of Culture and Tourism Administration in Beijing and also participated in the preparation of various projects.
The activity and engagement of our university representatives during the classes were highly appreciated, and they were awarded certificates by the organizers. The main goal of this two-week seminar was to expand opportunities for international cooperation and exchange of experience in protecting, preserving, and innovatively developing intangible cultural heritage, as well as to study effective ways of integrating it into the tourism sector.
