Representing Uzbekistan, participants included the "Amirsoy Resort" mountain resort, the Federation of Ski Sports, and the ''Silk Road'' International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage. The summit discussed important issues such as digital platforms, international marketing, environmental standards, personnel exchange, and training specialists for the industry.
Associate Professor of the Tourism Department at the ''Silk Road'' International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, Firuz Zokhidov, participated in the summit. A proposal was made to introduce an educational cluster at ski resorts in Turkic countries, accompanied by a presentation on its operational mechanism. Notably, issues of academic cooperation were also addressed.
For information, in February 2025, "Amirsoy Resort" hosted the first Turkic Ski Cup, marking the beginning of the Union’s activities. The next summit is planned for February 2026 at the "Uludağ" resort in Turkey.
