At the initiative of regional governor A. Boboyev, from April 28 to May 1, an “Open Doors Day” event is being held at higher education institutions in Samarkand for all graduating students of general education schools in the Samarkand region.
As part of this initiative, nearly 300 graduates from schools in the Bulungur and Jomboy districts visited the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage for the “Open Doors Day.”
During the visit, the school graduates became thoroughly familiar with the university’s activities and educational processes. The guests were given detailed information about the modern facilities created at the university and the opportunities available to students.
In particular, the English-language education, tourism laboratories, and language labs made a strong impression on the students, inspiring in them the dream and confidence: “I will also become a student of this university.”
