In order to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ–61 “On additional measures to assist graduates of higher education institutions in employment,” meetings are being held by U. Amanbayev, an official of the Samarkand Regional Main Department of “O‘zmilliy bank,” with graduating students at the “Kelajakka qadam markazi” (Step to the Future Center) regional branch under the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
During these meetings, discussions are conducted on the procedure for obtaining preferential loans aimed at supporting graduates’ entrepreneurial initiatives and financing their projects.
To date, 10 graduating students have submitted their projects to the center, and 8 of these projects have been financed by “O‘zmilliy bank” with preferential loans totaling 120 million soums.
This initiative serves as an important step toward helping young graduates start their professional careers, find their place in the labor market, and contribute to the development of youth entrepreneurship in our country.
