Today, on March 5, the Third Forum of Rectors of Uzbekistan and Hungary, titled “Higher Education in the Digital Age: Artificial Intelligence, Innovative Models, and Globally Competitive Universities,” began its work at the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage in Samarkand.
The prestigious international event was opened with welcome remarks by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan, Kongratbay Sharipov; the President of the Hungarian Rectors’ Conference, Bela Merkely; the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Uzbekistan, József Rózsa; and the Rector of Óbuda University, Levente Kovács.
The opening ceremony of the forum is being moderated by Muhsinjon Kholmuhammedov, Rector of the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
