Representatives of Our University Participating in the “InnoWeek–2026” International Week

From October 27 to 29, the “InnoWeek–2026” International Week of Innovative Ideas is being held in Tashkent. This international event focuses on advancing innovative ideas, modern technologies, digitalization, and scientific developments.

Within the framework of the week, key issues of innovative development are being discussed with the participation of foreign experts, investors, entrepreneurs, and representatives of science.

Representatives of our university are actively participating in this international event. Throughout the sessions, they have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with best practices in innovation, establish new collaborative partnerships, and study approaches that serve to enhance research and innovation activities at the university.

Additionally, an international forum titled “Scientific Publishing Culture and Academic Integrity” was organized as part of the week. The forum was held on the initiative of the Center for Scientific and Technical Information under the Innovative Development Agency, in partnership with the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA), Taylor & Francis Group, and Clarivate.

The forum addressed principles of academic integrity and responsible publishing, modern approaches to assessing scientific research, and international scientific publishing requirements.

Furthermore, special attention was given to pressing issues such as plagiarism, falsification of scientific data, paper mills, peer-review misconduct, predatory journals, and the inappropriate use of artificial intelligence tools in research activities.
