On September 7, lecturers from the Department of Tourism organized seminar trainings in Urgut District aimed at improving the quality of services in the tourism sector for guest house owners.

As part of the seminar trainings, discussions and exchanges of experience were held on the topics “Improving Service Processes in Hotels, Family Guest Houses and Catering Services” and “Development of Pilgrimage, Ecological, Rural and Handicraft Tourism Products.”

During the visit, service processes at hotels and family guest houses in the Tersak Tourism Village were studied. Recommendations were provided on improving service quality, introducing hospitality standards, and enhancing the level of services offered to tourists.
