Today, on October 7, the Chairwoman of the Women’s Council of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, M. Abbasova, Prevention Inspector Sh. Qurbonov, Psychologist D. Turdiyeva, and Tutor Sh. Nurmatov visited the residences of female students living in rented accommodations.
This time, they visited the home in Samarkand city where first-year students H. Komilova and M. Abdualimova are residing. The responsible staff thoroughly reviewed the students’ living conditions and whether the residence met fire safety and other technical safety standards. They also assessed the presence of surveillance cameras, confirmed that local community elders were aware of the residents, and obtained detailed information from the homeowners K. Tojiyev and N. Ismatova about the existing conditions and challenges.
Additionally, a preventive discussion was held on observing sanitary and hygiene rules, preventing various legal violations, and not going outside after 9:00 PM. It was emphasized that the students are continuously supported by the university administration.
