Short-term training courses titled “Training Young Guides” have commenced as part of the “Young Guides School” initiative organized at the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
On the first day of the course, the project organizers provided participants with detailed information about the program content, stages of the educational process, and the planned practical sessions. Additionally, introductory activities, initial theoretical lessons, and group work were conducted with the participants.
These courses will last for 30 days. During the first 15 days, participants will receive theoretical knowledge, followed by 15 days of practical internship sessions.
The goal of these training courses is to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to work as tour guides in the tourism sector and cultural heritage sites. Throughout the sessions, participants will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge in key areas such as effective communication with foreign guests, organizing excursions, and speech etiquette.
