Muslima Zayniddinovna Amiridinova, a lecturer in the Department of Tourism, participated in the ORHUN exchange program announced in May of this year and successfully completed the competition. She completed theoretical and practical training in culinary tourism at Cappadocia University in Turkey, teaching classes to Turkish students.
Muslima Amiridinova spent two weeks exchanging knowledge and experience with faculty members at Cappadocia University. Furthermore, Prof. Ezgi Özer, Head of the Department of Gastronomy at the Faculty of Gastronomy, learned about similarities in gastronomy between the two countries and exchanged views.
As part of this program, our lecturer also actively participated in a prestigious conference organized by Cappadocia University on the impact of artificial intelligence technologies. It is important that our teacher conducted classes on the subject "Introduction to Gastronomy" for first-year undergraduate students of the Faculty of Gastronomy at the University of Cappadocia and organized practical classes for fourth-year students on "Cooking Dishes Using Asian Seafood."
