On September 17, 2026, as part of a visit organized by the Embassy of Germany in Tashkent, deputies of the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany P. Felser and C. Birghan visited our university.

During the visit, the guests were provided with information about the university's activities, academic programs, international cooperation ties, and ongoing work in the fields of tourism and cultural heritage.

Furthermore, they met with a group of active university students and engaged in an open dialogue. In the course of the conversation, students asked questions of interest and exchanged views on education, international experience, opportunities being created for youth, and relations between Uzbekistan and Germany.

During the meeting, issues regarding the development of cooperation in education, tourism, cultural heritage, and scientific research, as well as expanding academic exchanges and creating new international opportunities for students, were also discussed.
