Orientation Week at our university: the new academic year solemnly began
Our university's psychologist awarded a trainer certificate in workplace safety and respect
Dildora Turdiyeva, psychologist at our University, has been awarded a certificate following her active participation in a four-day Training of Trainers (ToT) programme held on 26–29 October 2026 at the Samarkand Branch of the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The training programme focused on “Promoting a Safe and Respectful Working Environment and Preventing Harassment and Violence in the Workplace.”
Throughout the course, participants acquired practical knowledge and skills in fostering safe, healthy and mutually respectful working environments within organisations, receiving complaints concerning harassment and intimidation, and conducting their preliminary assessment and investigation.
Particular attention was also given to understanding harassment from a gender perspective and delivering training sessions using relevant methodologies.
The certificate authorises Dildora Turdiyeva to conduct training sessions based on the programme curriculum and methodological materials, focusing on promoting safe and mutually respectful working environments and preventing intimidation and harassment in the workplace.
