Preventive Measures and Student Conditions Examined at Our University
An event aimed at the early prevention of offenses among students, ensuring a healthy spiritual and psychological environment, and inspecting the conditions created for youth was organized at our university. Members of the Republican Interdepartmental Coordinating Headquarters and Working Group visited the campus.
During the visit, the university rector delivered a presentation highlighting ongoing efforts regarding the early prevention of crime and delinquency among students, safeguarding youth from negative influences and alien ideologies, meaningfully organizing their leisure time, providing targeted support for students requiring special attention, and cultivating a healthy spiritual-psychological environment within the educational institution.
The Working Group members thoroughly familiarized themselves with the systematic preventive work established at the university, joint measures conducted in cooperation with relevant agencies and organizations, as well as practical mechanisms designed for the early detection and resolution of student issues.
As part of the visit, a seminar titled “Resolving Family Disputes Through Mediation” was also held, dedicated to preventing family conflicts and potential offenses resulting from them across the region, early detection of domestic friction, and refining peaceful dispute resolution mechanisms.
The seminar featured comprehensive discussions on the benefits of settling family disputes prior to judicial proceedings through mutual agreement and mediation procedures, the root causes of conflict situations, and the importance of strengthening cooperation among the "Mahalla Seven," government agencies, educational institutions, and the public in preventing such issues.
