At the Department of Tourism of the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, practical classes are being held with the participation of guest academician and consultant chef from Cappadocia University — Melih Içigen Orhun.
Together with our university lecturer Ch. Makhmadiyeva, the guest conducts classes for students of groups TH-125, TH-225, TH-325, and TH-425 in the subject “Working with Food and Beverages I (Practice: Fundamentals of Kitchen and Bar)”.
These classes are organized in such a way that theoretical knowledge is harmoniously combined with practical experience. The practical sessions play an important role in helping students acquire new skills and knowledge based on international experience.
