These seminar-trainings were organized based on the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-135 dated April 26, 2023, and according to the plan of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 6, 2025.
The main objective of the seminars was to improve service quality and efficiency, implement innovative services, develop hospitality culture, and refine pricing policies.
During the sessions held in September, practical skills were developed in the following areas:
• organizing additional services;
• managing the service life cycle;
• enhancing hospitality culture;
• improving service quality and pricing policy.
These topics were thoroughly analyzed using international and local case studies. The trainings were conducted using interactive methods, with practical assignments, group discussions, and knowledge assessments aimed at strengthening participants' professional skills and knowledge.
By the end of the seminar-training, participants had gained valuable knowledge and experience in modern service principles.
