A seminar-training aimed at developing the professional competencies of Japanese-speaking guides was held at the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.

During the event, topics such as the culture and service expectations of Japanese tourists, professional communication, excursion skills, conflict management, as well as the application of modern digital technologies and artificial intelligence in tourism were discussed.

The seminar-training served to improve the practical skills of guides and further elevate the quality of tourism services provided to Japanese citizens.
