Самарқанд шаҳридаги “Регистон Плаза” меҳмонхонасида бўлиб ўтган тадбирда туризм соҳаси мутахассислари, халқаро экспертлар, профессор-ўқитувчилар иштирок этди.

Ўзбекистон халқаро сайёҳлик бизнеси соҳасига илк қадамларини қўяётган бир пайтда туризм индустрияси вакиллари ва манфаатдор томонлар бу борада юқори тажриба ва салоҳиятга эга Жанубий-шарқий Осиё мамлакатлари каби тажрибали ҳамкорлардан сайёҳларнинг талаб ва истакларини, уларга ортиғи билан хизмат кўрсатишни ўрганиши зарур. Ўзбекистон халқаро сайёҳларга жаҳон стандартларига мос тарзда хизмат кўрсатишни йўлга қўйиш борасида ҳали кўп ишларни амалга ошириши, етук мутахассис кадрлар тайёрлаши, ҳудудларда экотизимни яхшилашга эришиши лозим. Шуниси қувонарлики, Жанубий-шарқий Осиё туризм халқаро тадқиқот маркази кейинги беш йил давомида Ўзбекистоннинг барча ҳудудларида ўз филиалларини очишни режалаштирмоқда. Марказ Сингапур тажрибасидан фойдаланишни мақсад қилган.

Самарқанд шаҳридаги “Ипак йўли” туризм халқаро университети марказнинг бош таълим муассасаси бўлиб, Бухоро давлат университети магистрлик бўлими ҳисобланади.

31 января текущего года в отеле Registan Plaza проходит первый семинар созданного в декабре 2019 года центра международных исследований туризма Центральной и Юго-Восточной Азии. Данное мероприятие открыл первый проректор Международного университета «Шёлковый путь», профессор Баходир Тураев.

На мероприятии так же выступил первый заместитель директора департамента по развитию туризма Абдуллаев Зафар отметив, что на сегодняшний день, наша задача заключается в стратегическом развитии туризма как в Самаркандском регионе, так и в Узбекистане в целом, и что созданный центр поспособствует в определении новых целей и задач в достижении результатов.

Помимо этого, на семинаре было презентовано первое исследование, которое было посвящено гостиницам и ресторанам в Самарканде и Бухаре, а именно, что иностранные туристы ожидают от наших гостиниц и ресторанов. В последующем, исследование также предложит решения проблем обеспечения высокого уровня управления разрывом между спросом и предложением. Семинар продолжается.

В настоящее время, в большинстве стран мира экстремальный и горный туризм является одной из отраслей, приносящий весомый доход в национальную экономику. В результате интенсивного развития туризма и туристических услуг в последние годы, в стране начали формироваться новые виды туризма. Особенно быстро набирает обороты перспективный вид - экстремальный и горный туризм.

Так,16 января 2020 года в университете «Шелковый путь» состоялось подписание Меморандума о взаимопонимании в области образования и науки между Международным университетом туризма «Шелковый путь» и Федерацией экстремального и горного туризма Узбекистана, сообщила пресс-служба университета.

Подписание Меморандума о взаимопонимании, представляет собой шаг совместной деятельности в академических и научных сферах, представляющих интерес к будущим формам сотрудничества в различных областях и открывает возможности для повышения мобильности студентов, чтобы они могли приобретать новые знания и обмениваться опытом.

Хотелось бы отметить, что федерация существует с 2007 года, но только с 2018 года их «под свое крыло» взял Государственный комитет Республики Узбекистан по развитию туризма. Федерацией ежегодно проводятся такие крупные мероприятия, как Эколого-туристический фестиваль «Чимганское эхо», посвященный Международному дню охраны окружающей среды, Мотофестиваль «Солнце Ташкента»», «Кубок Узбекистана по спортивному туризму и спортивному ориентированию», «Соревнования по внедорожному автотуризму» и другие.

Между Международным университетом туризма «Шелковый путь» и Федерацией экстремального и горного туризма Узбекистана состоялась церемония подписания Меморандума о взаимопонимании в области образования и науки между Федерацией экстремального и горного туризма Узбекистана.

We are pleased to announce that the International Conference is scheduled to take place in Samarkand city (Uzbekistan) at the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism, May 29-30, 2020. The theme of the conference, «The creative potential of a multilingual personality: the influence of the multilinguistic factor on the process of learning a foreign language».

The conference is organized jointly by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development, in cooperation with the Korea university of international studies (Korea), Samarkand State university (Uzbekistan), Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Kazakhstan), The Centre for Applied Linguistics (USA), and the Centre for Translation and Intercultural Studies (CTIS) (UK).

The main goal of the International scientific and practical conference is the creation of an international and information platform for improving the process of teaching foreign languages, as well as discussions on the theoretical and applied aspects of modern linguistics.

Following the conference, an electronic collection of papers will be registered in Crossref and Google Scholar international systems, and a DOI number will be given.

The language of the Conference and for the Proceedings will be in English.

Abstract review process

Every abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by an international Scientific Committee Member within three days after its receipt.

The results of the abstract review will be sent to the author within 5 days of submission.

If an abstract is accepted, submitter must provide full text paper.

We accept the submission of high-quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, experimental and theoretical work or research in all of the topic areas mentioned. All works are blindly reviewed and tested in plagiarism checker. Scientific articles should contain the results of original scientific research undertaken by the author. Following the ethical conduct is very critical in the academic world. Hence, any act of plagiarism cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the submission will be automatically dismissed.

Международный университет туризма «Шелковый путь» в 2018 году подписал Меморандум о взаимопонимании в области образования с Северо-Кавказским федеральным университетом (Россия). Так, 23 апреля 2019 года представители СКФУ с рабочим визитом посетили университет «Шелковый путь». В ходе встречи были обсуждены перспективы межвузовского сотрудничества по совместной научной деятельности, обмену преподавателями и исследованиями с целью обучения, проведения лекций.  

В связи с этим в марте 2020 года приглашенный преподаватель - доцент, к.п.н. Любимова Ольга Витальевна с рабочим визитом приехала в университет «Шелковый путь», для проведения лекций и семинаров студентам бакалавриата и магистратуры. За время, проведенное в Международном университете туризма Ольга Витальевна оставила неизгладимый след в сердцах студентов, организовав интересные экспедиции по городу, о которых мы писали ранее. Кроме того, были согласованы некоторые договоренности в учебных программах, условий обмена преподавателями и студентами между ВУЗами.

От имени руководства Международного университета туризма "Шёлковый путь" мы хотим поблагодарить Любимову Ольгу Витальевну за бесценный вклад в благое дело и надеемся на дальнейшее сотрудничество!

10 марта приглашенные из Франции педагоги и специалисты в ресторанном бизнесе провели мастер-классы для студентов Международного университета туризма «Шёлковый путь», в целях повышения их практических навыков в ресторанном обслуживании. Данное мероприятие является частью трёхдневного цикла практических учений для студентов университета.

Место проведения практического занятия – ресторан «Samarkand Shohsaroy» - было выбрано неслучайно: здесь сочетаются восточный колорит убранства шахских дворцов и акцент европейской кухни.

Первый день цикла был посвящен порядку составления меню, а также процессу приготовления блюд. Студентов разделили на две группы. Для первой группы студентов профессор Парижской академии Мишель Анри – провел свой мастер-класс по составлению меню, последовательности в нем блюд, а также дизайну и наличию в каждом подобном ресторане винных карт.

Рене Фрейтаг, в качестве мастера для второй группы студентов, провела мастер-класс по приготовлению французских блюд. Так, слушатели получили необходимые знания и навыки в кулинарном искусстве и их дизайнерском оформлении.

Данные мастер-классы проводятся в рамках двусторонних отношений, установленных в ходе рабочего визита во Французскую Республику представителей Международного университета туризма «Шелковый путь» (6-8 ноября 2019 года). На встречах были обсуждены перспективы развития отношений в сфере образования, а также между вузами с целью развития научно-практической и образовательной деятельности и формирования дружественных отношений.

Следует отметить, что двусторонние отношения между международным университетом туризма «Шелковый путь» и Парижской академией по подготовке кадров в области туризма заметно активизировались и с каждым днем обретают более крепкие узы сотрудничества.

Одним из самых ценных материалов на Востоке считается шелк. С глубокой древности здесь из поколения в поколение сохранялись традиции изготовления одежды из шелка, шелковых ковров. Искусство ткать шелковые ковры является одним из самых древних для нашей территории. В Бухаре, Самарканде, Хиве можно увидеть множество прекрасных шелковых ковров, изготовленных вручную узбекскими мастерицами.

Так 9 марта 2020 года студенты групп GHT 119 и TFY 119 университета «Шелковый путь» посетили фабрику шелковых ковров «Samarkand-Bukhara Silk Carpets», которая также известна под названием «Худжум» из-за расположения на улице Худжумская.

Во время посещения фабрики студенты смогли непосредственно наблюдать за самим процессом изготовления ковров, увидеть уникальные образцы ковровых изделий и, конечно же, как шелковая пряжа из которой производят ковры, красится самими работницами. Для этого используются натуральные красители: такие как луковая шелуха, марена красильная, кожура ореха, корки граната и др.

Студентам, наблюдавших за их изготовлением была предоставлена возможность стать свидетелями творения нового и прекрасного руками мастеров, сохранивших древнее искусство.

6 марта 2020 года в рамках поставленной задачи президента Республики Узбекистан о развитии туризма и подготовки концепции развития молодежного туризма в Республики Узбекистан, более 100 преподавателей и студентов Архитектурного факультета Университета Гунадарма (Индонезия) посетили Международный университет туризма «Шелковый путь».

В ходе визита были проведены открытые лекции с участием преподавателей и студентов двух университетов. Лекции были посвящены приоритетам развития двусторонних отношений, а также сфер туризма и образования. С лекциями выступили:

-Prof. Ade Syoufa «Chinese Settlements in Indonesia»;

-Dr. Ir. Pancawati Dewi “Preserving the hearth as an effort to preserve cultural heritage building. Case study: Nusantara houses in Indonesia”;

-Agung Wahyudi “Urban development as interface of regional development from below in Central Java Indonesia”.

Целью открытых лекций является содействие обмену мнениями и исследованиями по общим вопросам между двумя странами.
