Today, the Samarkand campus of the International Tourism Academy is being established under the auspices of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) at 3 Babur Mirzo Street, Samarkand city. This academy is an important project for further improving the tourism potential of our country and training qualified personnel in the field of tourism. It is planned to create cafes and restaurants on the 1500 square meters in the Academy building.
In this regard, the administration of “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage invites businessmen operating in the field of restaurant business to cooperate.
Terms of lease:
The lessee uses the leased area only to organize high-level catering services (cafe, restaurant, etc.).
The lessee shall repair and equip the leased premises at his own expense according to the project presented by the custodian.
Reimbursement of the costs incurred by the entrepreneur for the leased space is compensated by exemption from rent payments for a long period of time.
