According to Order No. 457 of the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 6, 2024, an online Japanese language Olympiad will be held among our university’s students, with the goal of making the winter break meaningful for them. The best Japanese language proficiency will be determined. Google Forms will be used to host the Olympics online. Every student completes the Olympiad tests within a set amount of time. The test will be administered in Japanese at an elementary level. Following their winter break, students who place first, second, and third at the Olympiad will each receive a financial reward incentive.

Rules:
1. This is an online Japanese Language Olympiad with prizes.
2. Students of undergraduate and graduate-level degrees can participate in the Olympiad.
3. Students whose native language is Japanese are not eligible to participate in the Olympiad.
4. Participants must be online (enabled via Telegram video chat) when taking the test.
5. No books or materials or any personal assistance can be used during the test. Students who do not comply with this rule will be excluded from the Olympiad and will not be eligible for any prizes.
6. Each participant has the right to take the test one time.
7. Members of the selection committee determine the winner based on the marks obtained and the time spent on the test (the shortest time).
8. Students who took the first, second, and third places will be awarded prizes.
