Documents of applicants for doctoral studies (PhD) are accepted from September 25 to October 15, 2021
To enter for the basic doctorate (PhD) program applicants should submit the following documents to the Research department of the University and have to fill online registration form through the web-site http://phd.mininnovation.uz/:
- Statement (Application);
- CV;
- a copy of the work book, certified in accordance with the established procedure (for working candidates);
- a copy of the Master’s degree or a diploma of higher education with transcripts;
- list of published scientific works, as well as their copies;
- Holders of the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (a present copy of the relevant document);
- a copy of passport;
- 4 pieces of 3х4 photo;
- the approximate theme of their dissertation and its abstract.
Applicants will be tested on specialty subject and foreign language (previously learned language) in exam. Applicants will not take an exam by foreign language if they have valid International Foreign Language Certificates: IELTS (minimum 5,5 on average), TOEFL (iBT) (minimum 87 score), CEFR (minimum B2).
Exams to enter basic doctorate program will be hold from 1 to 25 November, 2021.
