What should a modern tutor be like?

On October 9, 2023, the psychologist of “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage D.Turdiyeva held a master class for tutors on the topic “What should a modern tutor be like?”.

At the event, which took place in the form of an interactive conversation, we reflected on personal and professional qualities of tutors, who today have a great responsibility and task, as well as psychological aspects of their activity, were discussed. They were given instructions and tasks on conducting psychological methods prepared for students.

It is worth mentioning that the role of a tutor nowadays is immense and crucial and moreover, it is the tutor who acts as a link between students and the management, lecturers and staff of the university.
