3.Certificate of English Language Proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL/CEFR) (if available);

4. 12 photographs of 3.5 × 4.5;

5. Applicant’s pass provided by uzbmb.uz;

6. Test result sheet provided by uzbmb.uz;

7. Envelope (1 piece);

8. Folder for papers.
