The newspaper’s edition 125 (23.846) of 21 October 2023 published articles about opening of the Samarkand Academy of Tourism under “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, as well as an article by M.Abbasova, chairwoman of the women’s council of our university, “Foreign female students competed in Uzbek language skills”. These articles describe the opening of the Academy of Tourism as a result of practical reforms in the field of tourism, as well as the issuance and implementation of the Presidential Decree of 2020 “On measures to further develop the Uzbek language in our country and improve language policy”.
