On November 24 of the current year on the initiative of the head of the department of work with youth and organization of events N.Abduvakhidova and the President of “Students Parliament” Emir Zeytullaev, tutor G.Khusainova with the participation of first year students and youth held an event “Fashion day” with the purpose of wide propaganda of national traditions, national and modern costumes of our people. Firstly, first year students of the first year divided into teams presented national and modern clothes at the event. Our girls demonstrated clothes made of national fabrics of our people - adras, satin, bekasam, and our boys - modern clothes, which are traditional today. Each performance was evaluated by the judges and at the end the winners were announced.

According to the results, “Mantour-123” team got the 3rd place, “Mantour-223” team got the 2nd place and “Tour-123-223” team got the first place. At the awarding ceremony the first vice-rector of our university J.Eltazarov made a speech, he expressed his appreciation to the organizers and awarded the winners. Songs were performed at the event.
