In order to implement the tasks outlined in Resolution No. PQ-135 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on "Additional measures for the rapid development of the country's tourism potential and increasing the number of local and foreign tourists," new language courses aimed at improving the qualifications of employees in the service sector and developing English communication skills have been organized through the cooperation of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage and the regional government.In order to implement the tasks outlined in Resolution No. PQ-135 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on "Additional measures for the rapid development of the country's tourism potential and increasing the number of local and foreign tourists," new language courses aimed at improving the qualifications of employees in the service sector and developing English communication skills have been organized through the cooperation of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage and the regional government.The training courses held at the Urgut branch of Samarkand State University involved employees working in the tourism sector and students from the university, according to the recommendations of the regional government. Professors and teachers from the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage provided their recommendations on over 10 topics, including exemplary service to guests, enhancing the attractiveness of tourist facilities, mountain tourism, and agricultural tourism.
