Today, November 26, 2024, «Silk Road» International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage proudly hosted a delegation from Gunadarma University, Indonesia. This visit was organized following a formal request from Prof. E.S. Margianti, SE, MM, Rector of Gunadarma University, highlighting Uzbekistan’s strategic importance to Indonesia in advancing education and research collaborations.

The delegation included heads of the Faculty of Medicine of Gunadarma University, faculty members, and graduate students. The visit included a tour of the university facilities, including the Indonesia Hub at Silk Road University, a key symbol of the growing academic and cultural ties between the two institutions.

As part of this meaningful visit, an International Workshop on Medical Tourism was held, providing a platform for knowledge exchange. Esteemed delegates from Gunadarma University delivered insightful presentations, while faculty members from Silk Road University shared their expertise on the topic. This workshop fostered dynamic discussions, strengthening the partnership between the universities and opening doors for further collaborative opportunities.
