A scientific seminar will be held on “The poetics of odorocolophonic units in the English literary criticism of the late twentieth century and works of Chingiz Aitmatov and their Uzbek translation: comparison and perception" on the specialty "10.00.06 - Comparative literature, crosslinguistics and translation studies" by a doctoral student Abdusalamova Lobar Akbar Kizi, selected to get the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

The prestigious journal International Journal of Mathematical Sciences published a scientific article of Ibragimbek Akramov, a lecturer of the Department of Tourism at Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, entitled "Estimates for Oscillatory Integral with D-type Phase Singularities". In his article, the author has highlighted the current topic and presented news with a scientific approach based on this topic.

We wish good luck in the activity to the teacher of our university Akramov Ibrahimbek, congratulating him with this scientific article.

On 25 October of this year, Dildora Turdiyeva, a psychologist of Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, held a motivational training "Strength in Unity!" for the students of the 124th group studying in the direction of "Logistics" of the 1st year. Tutor Pirnazar Islamov took part in it.
Various exercises to relieve tension, proper breathing exercises became an excellent tool that prevents internal tension, promotes emotional balance and peace of mind. During the training, psychological practices aimed at improving positive relationships, forming an atmosphere of healthy competition, team spirit, cohesion in the group, associated with a positive attitude of all participants, were used.

Today, on 25 October, Munira Baimatova, a lecturer of Korean language at our university, held a master class on cooking national dishes, salads of Korean people for the students of our university at the Academy of Tourism at our university. At the event, our teacher M. Baymatova prepared several types of dishes in co-operation with Korean specialists.

Today Ilkhom Nematov, Chief Specialist of Compliance Control Department of our university, lawyer Farhod Boboev and tutor Gavkhar Khusainova held a round table with young students. The round table was held with students of the group tour-123, who expressed the opinion that corruption in society is evil and everyone should be in agreement in the fight against it. At the event, which took place in the form of an open dialogue, the students received answers to their questions.

On 24 October in our university tutor P.Islamov gave necessary recommendations to students on such important issues as conditions created for young students in student hostel, cleanliness and tidiness of rooms and proper use of equipment, necessity of its preservation.
In the process of the conducted conversation the problems of the students were listened to, psychologically matched and measures were taken to eliminate them.

On 24 October 2024, the Women's Council of Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage held a round table with the participation of women responsible for cleanliness, working at the university, on the theme we are against “harassment and violence against women”.

The round table touched on the issues of increasing the social activity and legal literacy of women and children on the basis of the principle “for human dignity” highlighted in the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Head of the Department for Youth Work and events N.Abduvakhidova, chairman of the university trade union S.Matlabov, lecturer of the Department of Tourism of the university A.Izbasarova, psychologist of the university D.Turdieva attended the event.

On 23 October within the framework of the action "Elections and Youth" a chess competition among the students of "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage was held. Students of all courses of our university took an active part in the competition.
Sports competitions within the framework of the action "Elections and Youth" continue at our university.
