We will achieve spiritual stability!

On October 29 this year, a psychologist of the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road” held a motivational training for the 1st year students of the 224th group studying in the direction of “Management”.

Various psychological techniques helped to reveal the mental state of each student at the moment and to carry out psychocorrection of disorders in the emotional sphere. The fruitfulness of training depends, first of all, on the mental state of young people.

After all, if a person has a calm heart, then all the rest of his activities will be fruitful and positive. Such a person distances himself from various vices, dangerous actions, takes care of his health. In a word, he will be responsible for his life and the life of his loved ones. Motivational training conducted by Dildora Turdieva made a positive impression on all participants.
