As a part of the weekly educational events held by the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage in the mahallas of the Samarkand region, the teacher of the University O. Nabiev made a working visit to the mahalla “Yangi Hayot” of the Taylak district of the Samarkand region.
During the visit, there was held a round table between the citizens of the mahalla and youth, organized according to the principle “Education is the engine of spiritual and educational progress”.
Residents of the mahalla and youth took an active part in this event. The participants of the event shared the information expressed in the message of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan that “The threshold of a new Uzbekistan begins from school”, told about the circles currently operating in secondary schools on the territory of the mahalla. The participants and speakers provided relevant recommendations and instructions for improving the activities of the circles in these schools.
Also, graduates of the 11th grades and their parents were provided with detailed information about the directions and specialties available at the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage. The participants of the event received full and detailed answers to their questions.
