On November 30 of the current year, the department of youth work and organization of events, as well as tutors of “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage organized an event for students of the university, dedicated to December 1 - World AIDS Day.

At the event, the sanitary doctor of the department of organizational work of Samarkand Regional AIDS Center Juraev Akbarali Orolovich provided information about the history of HIV disease, epidemiological situation, clinic, ways of transmission (students living in the dormitory must follow the rules of personal hygiene, especially the individual use of their own toothbrushes and razors) and prevention measures.
