On 13 March of the current year in the system of professional education in the Culinary Association of Uzbekistan was organised a seminar-training on the theme "Prospects of training in the specialty "Organization of service in catering".

Directors of colleges and technical schools attached to "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, as well as deputy directors of industrial training, took part in the training seminar and familiarised with the practical work carried out in this area.
