The First Vice-Rector of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage,  Doctor of Philology, author of dozens of books and philology-related articles, Prof.J.D.Eltazarov, has restocked the Library of the University with books of Linguistics, Philology, and Turkish language.
