The 60th anniversary of the First Vice-Rector of the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage "Silk Road", a famous scientist, member of the Turkish Linguistic Society, enthusiastic leader Juliboy Eltazarov was widely celebrated in the conference hall of Samarkand State University.
At the beginning of the event, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Minister of Tourism and Sports, Rector of the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage "Silk Road" A. Abdukhakimov made a congratulatory speech online.
Also, the vice-rector of the Samarkand State University for academic affairs, professor Akhmadjon Soliev also read out the congratulations of the university rector, member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, professor Rustam Kholmurodov and presented gifts.
After that, a film about the life and work of Juliboy Eltazarov, prepared by the Information Service of the University, was shown.

At the end of the event, Juliboy Eltazarov thanked all the organizers, noting that he spent half of his life at Samarkand State University and is now responsible for development of the tourism and cultural heritage as First Vice-Rector of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage and said that he is glad to contribute to the training of highly qualified personnel in this area.
