As part of a visit to Malaysia, a delegation from Samarkand region, accompanied by Uzbek Ambassador to Malaysia R. Usmanov visited UCSI International University, one of the top 300 universities in the world according to QS rating.

In his speech, Ravshan Usmanov highlighted the work undertaken by the government and universities of Uzbekistan in cooperation with educational institutions of developed countries.

UCSI Rector Hamisah Binti Tapsir warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed willingness to sign a memorandum of understanding.

J. Eltazarov, First Vice Rector of Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage made a presentation on the international university.

Deputy Khokim of the region R.Kobilov proposed to establish a branch of UCSI International University in Samarkand.

Based on the proposals, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage "Silk Road" and UCSI International University.

On January 30 of this year, Dildora Turdieva, a psychologist at Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, organized a motivational training "Goodbye, Stress!

        The interesting event was devoted to positive (yes, don't be surprised!) aspects of stress, which has become an integral part of modern life, and ways to get rid of it. Relaxation exercises and proper breathing exercises were excellent ways to relieve internal tension and bring balance and peace of mind. During the training, role and movement games were organized to improve relationships in the group, creating a healthy competitive environment and giving all participants a positive mood. The psychodiagnostic method "Shield" revealed each person's mental state and helped in the psychological correction of emotional and emotional disorders and feelings of guilt.

      Labour productivity depends, first of all, on a person's emotional state. Mental well-being leads a person to a happy, healthy and prosperous life. This was the goal of the motivational training conducted by Dildora Turdieva.

On January 27 of this year, the qualifying games of the “Universiade” sports competition, which is traditionally held among students of higher educational institutions in Samarkand region, were organized in the chess-checkers game type.

Two of our students took part in the competition. 4th grade student Kadirova Onajon, who defended the honor of the university in checkers girls’ competition, took 3rd place, and in boys’ chess competitions, 3rd grade student of our university Yuldoshev Shahriddin took 3rd place.

Sultanov Shahrukh, a student of our university, who is currently practicing as a Senior Customer Service Agent at Hamad International Airport, which ranks high in the world, received a special certificate from Mr. Denis Blanc, the world's strongest expert for a high level of activity in aeraport Operation Management during the football world championship.

The important aspect of this certificate is that it reflects the experience at the airport, which is the most important link during the most famous competition in the world, and serves as a very important basis for our student's future activities.

The management and teaching staff of the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage are organizing an online training seminar on the procedure for writing scientific articles and abstracts, the methodology for checking for plagiarism in order to ensure meaningful spending of students' time during the winter holidays. The seminar will be attended by the head of the Research Department of the University Mansurova Nargiz Shamsidinovna, the lecturer of the Department of "Tourism Management" Rakhimova Nilufar Aminovna and the lecturer of the Department of "History and Cultural Heritage " Khushvaktov Nodir Khakimovich

Visit of representatives of the public and private sectors of the Jalal-Abad region of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan from the GIZ program for the integrated development of the regions of Kyrgyzstan to the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
As part of this program, on January 18, 2023, representatives of the public and private sectors of the Jalal-Abad region of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan visited the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
The guests of honor were accompanied by the First Vice-Rector J. Eltazarov. During the visit, the guests were provided with information about the educational process of the university, how does it works the educational system of Uzbekistan. The guests received answers to their interested questions.During the introductory tour, the guests were introduced to the unique smart campus and the university's innovative library. The guests were impressed by the management model and advanced technologies used in the learning process, as well as the unique historical elements of the Great Silk Road installed at the galleries and the University Library

"Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of 2023

From January 20 to February 10, the documents of students who want to transfer their studies will be accepted in room 317 of the university.

On January 17 of this year, M. Abbasova, the chairwoman of the Council of Women and Girls of the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, organized a roundtable discussion on the theme of "The rights, dignity and in defense of honor!' with the students living in the student residence. University psychologist D. Turdiyeva took part in the event.

The living conditions of the students and the heat sources in the dormitories were studied. In the course of this study, the representatives of the university explained to female students living in dormitory how to pay attention to their health as a result of the drop in air temperature.

    The topic of the next meeting, which is regularly held among the girls of the university, is “The rights of students under the protection of the state!” was chosen randomly. For during the event, M. Abbasova drew the attention of those present to the Address of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Supreme Council and the people of Uzbekistan, where the views of the younger generation were heard. The roundtable discussion on this topic allowed our girls to express their thoughts and showed how advanced, deep and independent they are. They asked questions such as "What is our duty to the family?" and answered questions such as "Explain the concepts of betrayal and loyalty", "Are you ready for family life?", "What should be the role of a man in the family?", "Your attitude to the concepts of family and marriage", "Do you know about family conflicts and their types?".

    M. Abbasova, D. Turdiyeva gave valuable advice and recommendations to the girls based on their life experiences. On the other hand, they called to appreciate and protect the so-called family fortress, consider it sacred, and be responsible. Psychologist D. Turdiyeva conducted an excellent motivational training called "Map of Dreams". Interesting games and exercises were enjoyed by everyone at the event held in a positive emotional atmosphere. She also touched on the family and psychologically explained how important it is for human life and personal development.

Also, during the dialogue, individual interviews were conducted with female students. The opinions and suggestions of the girls regarding their respective situations were heard.
