The delegation headed by the President of Wakayama University ITOH Chichiro visited the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage. During the visit, an agreement on cooperation between universities was signed, according to which, from the 2023 academic year, under the student exchange program, the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage will have the opportunity to send two students to a Japanese university, in turn, the Silk Road University will accept two students from Wakayama University for one academic year.

Note: On December 16, 2020, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Wakayama University in Japan and the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
