On December 2-3 of this year, on the initiative of the department of student practices of our university, practical classes were organized for students at the UNWTO International Tourism Academy, which was established at “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.

In this academy, among several directions, bakery for preparation of confectionery products, equipped with modern technologies, was also handed over.

Dildora Jurakulova, a specialist with 15 years of experience in the field of confectionery preparation, held a master class for 16 undergraduate and graduate students and taught the secrets of cooking eight different types of sweets. This process was especially interesting for our students who came from abroad.

Similar practical classes are planned to be held in large numbers in the future.
